RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

We have a 72 Hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return is ONLY applicable if the product is faulty or if their was an issue on our end.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the item has been used over a period of time, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please be aware that styles may vary for certain products due to what is available through our vendor. Examples: stun g pattern, kaws kid color way, knife style, etc. You may exchange for another style, if available. However no refund will be issued due to the style. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you may request another product at the same value. This is only applicable if the item is defective or if there was an issue on our end with your order. 


Refunds 

We have a NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY! If there so happens to be an issue on our end with your order or your product is defective, damaged, incorrect etc. , we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process must be done within the stated time frame and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PICKUP IN VIRGINIA IS FOR PICKUP ORDERS ONLY! YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. PICKUP ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED! IF YOU CHOOSE PICKUP AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP YOUR ORDER . If you do not pickup, you will receive a refund of your payment with the exception of a 10% restock & holding fee.
