We have a 72-hour exchange policy only, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return for exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return is ONLY applicable if the product is faulty or there is an issue due to the company.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items mailed to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
Cancelations after 24 hours are not accepted! Once 24 hours have passed since your order has been placed, your order will follow through regular processing and shipping procedures. Cancelations will not be accepted after the 24-hour mark. Please do not place an order if you are unsure about the purchase. CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO NOT BEING AWARE OF THE TIME FRAME OR NO LONGER WANTING THE PRODUCT. PLEASE BE SURE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH RECEIVING PRODUCT!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the item has been received and used over some time, you will no longer be eligible for a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please be aware that styles may vary for certain products due to what is available through our vendor -examples: stun g pattern, kaws kid colorway, knife style, etc. You may exchange for another style, if available. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you may request another product at the same value. This is only applicable if the item is defective or if there was an issue on our end with your order.
Refunds
We have a NO REFUND POLICY! EXCHANGE ONLY! If there so happens to be an issue, on our end, with your order or if your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, etc. please contact Kashwaystudios@gmail.com.
This process must be done within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a return label from the product and will receive a replacement.

PICKUP IN VIRGINIA IS FOR PICKUP ORDERS ONLY! YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED THROUGH EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. PICKUP ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED! IF YOU CHOOSE PICKUP AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP YOUR ORDER. If you do not pick it up, you will receive a refund of your payment except for a 10% restock & holding fee.
